How do I best view this site?We have attempted to keep this as simple to view as possible while
maintaining the artistic, as well as the technological appeal. There are a few
things that will enhance your visit however. Your Browser should be either Microsoft
Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape Navigator 4.x. Your monitor should support a
screen resolution of 16 million colors and a refresh rate of 600x800. Java and VB Script
should be enabled. If you are not sure about your browser version click on the
help menu at the top left of the tool bar of your browser and choose the "About"
option from the menu. Alternatively you can follow either of these links and download the
newest browser for free. Both products will allow you to view this site as it was intended
by the creator. However Microsoft Internet Explorer is the preferred choice as it
supports ALL the new and cool technologies. Back to TopI can't see the video! We don't have streaming video yet. You need to wait for the video file to download. After the file has finished downloading to your computer there will be a splash screen graphic displayed. The video plays on mouse over. Simply move your mouse cursor over the image and the video will play. Back to TopWhy can't I see navigation buttons?Make sure that you have Java enabled for your browser. All navigation buttons are Java. Back to TopWho is the technical contact for this site ?Diane's email is dfinch@huxcomm.net Back to TopMy screen resolution is only 640x480!To change your display properties under Win95, right click on the desktop and choose "Properties" from the menu. This should bring up the display properties dialog. Choose the "Settings" tab. When you have the settings dialog open look for the slider control labeled "Desk Top Area". It should be in the lower center on the right side. Move the slider to the right one notch. If you started at 640x480 this should put you at 800x600 which is adequate for this site. You can go to the next highest setting 1024x768 but unless you have a good video card and monitor you will loose refresh and and color depth. 800x600 is fine for most people and most monitors and video cards will support this resolution at 75hz refresh and true color. The procedure for Win NT is the same. How do I view the pedigrees and contracts in .pdf format? You need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This program is free from the Adobe website.
